This policy covers the website bobcamera.com and Dijan Post, the internal production tracker run by BOB CAMERA LLP (“we”, “us”), including its WhatsApp messaging.

Who it applies to

Dijan Post is used only by people working with us on our productions. Accounts are created by us; there is no public sign-up.

What we collect

For people with a Dijan Post account: name, username, password (stored only as a secure hash), mobile number if WhatsApp updates are enabled, and the work you record in the tracker — tasks, status changes and comments, each with your name and a timestamp.

When you message our WhatsApp business number, we receive your WhatsApp profile name, phone number and the content of your messages through the WhatsApp Business Platform operated by Meta.

Visitors to bobcamera.com: we do not use analytics or advertising trackers. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs.

How we use it

Only to coordinate production work: to show and update tasks, to send you work notifications on WhatsApp, and to record your replies in the tracker. We do not sell or share this information for advertising or marketing.

Who processes it

Cloudflare (hosting and database) and Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business Platform, for WhatsApp messages). Each processes data under its own terms and privacy policy.

How long we keep it

For the duration of the production and its records. You can ask us to delete your account and phone number at any time; entries you made may be kept in anonymised form where they are part of the production record.

Your choices

You can stop WhatsApp messages from us at any time by replying STOP or by asking us. To access, correct or delete your information, email suhasdesale@gmail.com.
